Before entering real estate, she spent 16 years as a specialty oncology territory manager in pharmaceutical sales, eventually advancing to a role in oncology product management for a total of 24 years in the field. This demanding and deeply interpersonal field strengthened her communication skills, situational awareness, patience, and ability to navigate complex decisions—qualities that now benefit her clients throughout the home buying and selling journey.
